We interviewed several companies before hiring Serendipity to build an addition to our home. We found Steve to be very professional, honest and trustworthy. He gave us a realistic quote and assured us that he would keep within a set budget. There were set-backs and delays, but I've come to realize that in this industry those are things that cannot be controlled. Overall the workmanship was good and project was completed on budget. We'd definately hire them again.
We hired Serendipity Homes for a large renovation project in 2017. The Serendipity Homes Team was such a pleasure to work with, friendly, on-time and kept us in the loop on progress and timelines of the project. They made great design suggestions and worked within our budget. We would definitely use Serendipity Homes again for future renovation projects and have referred them many times to our family and friends.
