(September 19, 2020, 11:26 pm)I had a great experience. I saw one of the technicians regarding a few technical issues I had been having for a while with my S10+. She was super fast and completely on top of her job. She fixed all the issues in about five hours. Her friendliness and patience were bonuses. When I went to pick up my phone, I realized that she had already applied a new screen protector for free. I highly recommend them. They also have a great system in place to keep all their appointments organized and to ensure the place doesn't get crowded.

(September 9, 2020, 3:13 am)Went to Samsung store to get my phone fixed which was to solve the issue with gps data location and battery. I was booked with Tanya and she was extremely helpful and so kind! She spent 2 hours of her time with me to make sure my phone worked out perfectly. I can't thank her enough for her generosity and for providing great customer service! I would recommend Samsung store to anyone going there and to book an appointment with Tanya. Thanks for a great experience, truly appreciated.

(September 4, 2020, 12:28 am)Booked a repair service at the Yorkdale location at midday. All COVID-19 procedures were seamlessly followed. Although, I waited a bit for my appointment, I was not disappointed. I was met by the manager of the location who asked kindly, if I would like to wait inside. I agreed and perused the store. The staff were very attentive. My experience at this location was really amazing ?. Dominique was the absolute best. She was really warm, attentive, understanding and thorough in her dealing with me. I was having a bad day and Domonique and the entire Samsung team turned it around full 360. My phone was fixed same day. Customer service is worth six ? ⭐ ? ? ? ✨. Stars. They truly care and I thank the SAMSUNG TEAM for being epic ? ? ?. Highly recommend this location ? all staff are awesome
