(November 7, 2017, 2:01 am)Decent place considering other places in area. Owners do try and put money in to it. But some ppl who live here are just horrible ppl who don't care and take it out on building, on that note this is a pretty safe building for the most part. Staff is 50 50, either great or nightmare. Used to be pest problem but has gotten MUCH better. Good for young folk in school.
