  I have parrots and this is the only place I know that carries Pretty Bird food. Clean store and very knowledgeable staff.

  They have a good selection of items and better food alternatives than the big pet stores. We buy our dog food here and find the quality is much better than most of the brands at big box stores. The service is great too, the staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. Never had a bad experience.

  I don't often visit the pet store but when I do, I like Ren's. They price match which is great. They always welcome you into the store which is also nice to see. A wider selection of products than other pet stores I've been to which is helpful when looking for something different.

  Staff was super helpful. I was looking for a type of dog food that other stores were sold out of (I called about 15 stores in the area) and these guys had it! When I called they asked if I wanted to put it on hold before I even had to ask. Excellent customer service. Their loyalty program is excellent!!!

  I came in just to look around because I had seen the pet depot sign driving down wilson. I ended up buying a bunch of stuff because staff was very friendly and professional. The cashier helped me with some questions I had about dry dog paws. Will definitely be going here from now instead of pet smart. This is a Canadian owned store and I'd gladly buy here to support that. The selection of dog kibble is also better as I've seen they are transparent with the ingredients and most are Canadian brand food. They also sell raw food here which is also a great option for dogs/cats.
