Records Management initiated the communication with me in order to help me obtain copies my medical records from my retired family doctor. The conversation was very explanatory and helpful. I arranged for the transfer of 2 medical charts, and the third one- belonging to our adolescent daughter, was added at no additional charge. Impressed with the easy process and quick service.

I will always believed it’s not right to pay for a copy of my own medical records but I do understand that there is so much information now that doctors need somewhere to store it and these guys are good at stuff and the management and staff are helpful

It was a pleasure working with Records Management (Tina) in the office closure for Dr. Swarbreck. Tina met with us at the beginning to explain how the records storage worked, she provided information to help us with the office closure from start to the end. Her response time was quick and seemed to always go the extra mile to assist us with any issue we had. I would highly recommend using Records Management.
