Incredibly rude front desk staff. Not helpful nor welcoming. Made my experience significantly more difficult than it needed to be.
Luckily Dr Sam is wonderful.
The clinic is efficient and well run. The doctors are very detailed in their work and they have a lot of other medical specialists available as well. Keeping all my healthcare issues mostly at one clinic makes for better communication between me and the doctors.
My son went to see Dr. Sun for peanut allergy testing & 2nd opinion. I was impressed by his knowledge and time he spent educating us. Turns out skin sensitivity when eating peanuts not correlated with true allergy and when retested, it was negative even though previous allergist said was positive! Secretary was also very nice. Even though waiting room was busy, she always smiled. I would definitely recommend my friends to come to this clinic and see Dr. Sun.
Dr. David Hsu is extremely polite and patient. My experiences there has been pretty positive every time I go.
And the office feels very comfortable and clean.
ProHealth Medical is a very efficiently-run office with helpful staff and very tidy waiting area. Staff are prompt and attentive. I love my family doctor at this clinic and there are other specialists too, which makes it a good centre
