I follow my colourist, Andrea, everywhere she goes! And now that she is part of the pRO Hair Group team... I could not be happier. The location is brand new. Everyone on the team is passionate about what they do. There is so much positivity among the staff. I don't just enjoy the result of the work done on my hair, I also enjoy my time there and the experience.

The moment you enter, you are treated to a beverage of your choice from the in house "barista" and always given a delicious snack on the side! More than what is provided, it is the thought behind it. Knowing that many people schedule their appointments as part of their day's busy to-do list, they understand that you may be coming in for you appointment in need of a little something to tide you over.

They also have the most comfortable and unique lounge chair at the sinks when you're getting your hair washed. And they always give you at least a 2 to 3 minute scalp massage as part of your wash.

If you are looking for a perfect match for a root touch up, or a colour change up to shake up your look, then trust yourself to Andrea's chair. This woman is magical! I go in looking tired and come out looking 10 years younger with a bright, fresh colour and look.

For those of you who live in the Bayview and York Mills area, this will quickly become your new local go to spot. I don't live in the area, but I still drive out here because after 10 years of following Andrea, this is my favourite location and she is the only one I trust!
