Very personable and friendly people (updates every step of the way), very much unlike any mechanic shop that I have been to in the past. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for any repairs needed for my vehicle.

(July 13, 2018, 8:18 pm)Great service and excellent pricing. Tony and Joe are fair, honest and always taking care of the customers . I went in due to vibrations on my Ford Escape... and Tony was honest to tell me that I need new brakes(when I thought I need new tires or tires to be balanced) , he could have charge me for both wheel balancing and brakes, but he was honest to tell me the truth and not rip me off. For that service and I have seen and heard how he is treating other customers with respect and honesty... I will be back all the time when I have problems with my cars. Thank You and keep up the good work Point Zero.

(May 31, 2018, 7:31 pm)Amazing customer service via phone or in person. Reasonable prices (lower than the next shop), and they do good and honest work!
I take my wife's Toyota to them and I called them today about my BMW and the gentleman was very respectful and patient and explained to me that there is nothing wrong with my car's AC it's just the relief valve releasing some Freon...most mechanics will jump on the opportunity to scam you and take your money!
I highly recommend them! I am taking my BMW to them from now on!
