I have been a client of Paula's for almost 20 years. Her wigs are incredible quality and if there is an issue they stand behind their products and work. I recently took a 6 year old wig in for a major colour change. It came out better than I had hoped and it's like a new wig. I highly recommend them.

From the moment I met Paula in her shop I felt totally at ease and knew I was in good hands. I had just started chemo, my hair was falling out and I knew nothing about wigs. Paula sat me and my husband down and spoke to us about wig quality and comfort and answered any questions I had. She brought in 3 wigs she thought I would like and when the first one went on it was perfect. Quality and colour were just right. She would have the wig cut closer to my existing style and no one would know I was wearing a wig. Everyone that has seen me with the wig has had nothing but compliments to give. I found Paula's Boutique after extensive online research, and consider myself very lucky. Leah made my visits to the salon relaxing and fun. I was really impressed by the wigs I tried and how natural they look. The hair, the styles and workmanship are of top quality.
I have my wig now, and it is gorgeous! When I put it on, it feels and looks like my own hair, just better groomed :-)

I have so many great things to say about my experience at Paula’s Boutique. It was totally by accident that we stopped in her shop.
I had just started my Chemo treatments and been advised that my hair would start to fall out at any time and it was best to be prepared. My daughter and I were out shopping and had an appointment at another specialty store. All stores are somewhat sympathetic to start, but most stores policies are no holds, no returns, and since it is human hair, they might not be able to replace it, if the wig gets sold and I would be out of luck. I felt very pressured.
We were driving, when my daughter spotted Paula’s store. We were welcome right away, and encouraged to look around, although we did not have an appointment. One of the staff, went and got Paula from the back. She said she had ½ an hour before her next client and would be happy to answer our questions. During that ½ hour, Paula managed to put me at ease and made me feel really good about myself. She didn’t pressure us into buying; she was compassionate and truly concerned that I needed to find a wig; that I felt good in. Paula explained the wigs are constructed on site and any adjustments to the cap would be made right away. She also told me that changes to colour and cut were all possible.
While I did not purchase that day, Paula’s will be my first stop should I lose my hair. Paula is truly committed in doing what is best for the customer and not just making a sale.
