  The entire team from the sales rep, manager, lease officer were fantastic, friendly, approachable, informative and very patient with us. All of our concerns and questions were answered to our satisfaction. After signing our lease, the following week we were faced with some challenges and everyone was very understanding, empathetic and guided as to the best solution. Thanks from the bottom our hearts.

  I bought my Honda Odyssey for only 2 visits. The dealer store is on my way to work so it is very convenient. I went there first time just wanted to check how the new Odyssey looks like. The salesman’s name is Brandon Keen. He was very nice and offered me test drive. After a few month I decided to buy, I called him and scheduled time. He helped me to get good price from manager and the deal was done in an hour. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The deal was closed in 2 weeks and I got my new 2019 white Odyssey. My whole family is happy. I would recommend parkway honda and Brandon Keen.

  Parkway Honda’s dynamic is incredible. Each and every experience I’ve had at parkway Honda has been absolutely wonderful. The staff of this dealership defines the word “team”. Everyone is always smiling and friendly. From my personal experience, the staff doesn’t treat you like just any old customer. They establish a rapport which is far more important then making a sale. I have come in to this specific dealership for 7 years. Although there are many Honda dealerships closer to my home, parkway Honda is my vehicle’s home. Specifically, Marlon and Amir are a dynamic duo. They have both made my experience the last few times a great one. They are accommodating and patient which are important qualities in management and in the customer service industry that many people lack. Thank you for not a single disappointment. I highly recommend Parkway Honda to anyone looking to service their car, change their tires or even simply change their lug nuts. Thank you Parkway Honda!!
