(October 29, 2018, 6:38 pm)I am hoping that they will fix the problem to my satisfaction. So far, my Hunter Douglas, Silhouette, beautiful-looking blinds do not pull up properly. They had to re-do them -- still have problems pulling the blinds up -- I am hoping they will have someone from the manufacturing team come to take a look and see what the problem is and fix them... stay tuned....I will let you how the customer service part goes...I am hopeful that I can change the rating to a 5.
Well, as promised, I just got my window blinds up and they are working beautifully. I am so impressed with the personal service, the attention to detail, the fabulous product and the sincere efforts made to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the final result. A special thanks to Paul for taking such a persona interest in me as a customer and my satisfaction with the product and installation - I would definitely recommend this company and the Hunter Douglas product -- excellent all around - a heartfelt thank you to the team! -

He was very useful in helping me pick out a style and fabric for my Lutron shades. The system he and his associates installed works flawlessly. The price came in exactly as quoted.I've had no problems with them two years later. I called Paul a few days ago to see if he could upgrade my system and he was again very helpful. I would highly recommend!!
