  I stop at Metro Keele/Lawrence to buy some foods after my work. When I'm about to pay I open my bag my wallet isn't there, I must forgot it at work. Antonio (store mngr) was around and I told him Im not taking the grocery I will just come back tomorrow. I didn't expect that he will offer to pay for it and he said just pay him tomorrow. Whatta a nice guy and very kind. Thank you so much for your kindness. God bless your hearth. No worries I will pay you back. Ann

  Friendly staff always helpful. Antonio and Rita are two of the store managers I have dealt with in the store. They are always visible on the floor to assist clients. You can tell that customer service is number one in their list. I always promote Metro and they treat me like one of the family.

  I personally like metro. They have a well organized store. A little more pricey than other stores but hey you pay more for AAA products.

  Better than average grocery store 50/50 on customer service.
  
  I had one if there cashiers got mad when I asked them not to slam my bananas as they would bruise...I know right it’s just bananas but wait about a day or too and that spot becomes black and then they get rotten quick...
  
  Other than that there are other amazing clerks that work there.

  It's clean. Reasonably priced for quality and fresh veggies. Accepts Air Miles.
  Good bakery.
  Florals are really fresh.
  Most important >> Hygienic and clean.
  Just one star less for not having a section for Indian food. We have to walk down to wallmart for couple of items which we can buy from Metro.

  This grocery store offers a lot of choices. If you feel tired of cooking yourself there are huge options of healthy cooked foods to go. They also have different kinds of nice cakes and cupcakes. There are some Asian foods and ingredients too. Staff members are generally assistive and cordial. They also have fresh meat and fish and other seafood items. And it is a clean and very organized place to purchase.

(416) 248-5846 I frequent this location not by preference, just convenience. I know Metro is expensive in general. I do appreciate the sales though.
