  I am a customer now for about 5 years, and have made dozens of purchases over this time.
  
  The owner has been exceptional in both customer service and honesty, and has gone out of his way for me on many occasions.
  
  The first time I came, even though he didn't know me, he was in a hurry, so he told me to pay the next time I came. Very few people would do that for a stranger.
  
  Since then, I've always found that whenever I need, he's there to help, whether it is a rush order, or finding a special part.

  I'm a regular buyer at Merchants Canada since 2011 and I always got best deals here. I highly recommend this place. Great service and knowledgeable staff. He did not attempt to sell us the more expensive items and was very patient in explaining terms we didn't understand. Well done and thank you!
