(June 29, 2019, 4:19 pm)Excellent service, thanks Amy! She patiently helped my daughter to find a pair of hiking boots, she would think from customer point of view which is the best value and most suitable boots for us! Hard to find people with service like this nowadays.
However, the guys at the cashier were completely different, didn't want to say a word more, after paying the guy just turned away without a thank you or letting us know that we can go. So we just took the shoes with no bag and left the shop. -

(June 24, 2019, 5:35 am)Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. My toddler was fitted with a bike helmet and all the straps adjusted accordingly. The salesperson took his time and really made sure that every detail was what it should have been. So grateful for the help. Keep up the great work.

(May 18, 2019, 3:32 pm)Steven and his bike mechanic superstars have fixed two rigs for me so far and I just love working with them. Sincere and honest, thorough and exact. I like working with this full service bike shop because I know I can TRUST them and they will fix what they can. My old specialized rides like a dream and my kids Ghost bike is now perfectly tuned. Awesome!

Very impressed with ALL staff and ease of connection and willingness to fit you into the right shoes etc. Will continue to shop here. Love their professionalism and ease of shopping with knowledgeable people who care about outfitting you correctly with such ease and zero sales pressure. Great quality products and service. Love this place and my purchases, have both added to a higher quality of life and fully support my active lifestyle. My feet feel great and well taken care of in their shoes.
