(December 6, 2019, 10:37 pm)I went to MB house because they are the only shop I know of that could program my 2014 CLS 550 w the options I wanted. I drove to them from NJ so a 1200 mile round trip meant I was really putting my faith in these guys.
I can honestly say that not only did they meet my expectations, they exceeded them. By far some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Alex scheduled me for a time that was convenient for me and even squeezed in some additional unscheduled work including a roof wrap from their partner company. They had to stay past midnight to complete all of the extra work I added. He then came in the following day w Andrei on their day off to deliver my vehicle, explain all the new functions, and answer all my questions.
My car now has apple car play on the factory screen, AMG menu, A mode (Agility), ECU/TCU and command updates, full brightness LED lights at night, star lowering, and more.
Absolutely fantastic and positive experience. Highly recommend these guys for your MB customizations. Thanks Alex and Andrei and the guys at Wrap District. My car is now unique and I love it even more. And thanks for being so nice to my family. My son took home one of your stickers and was so excited to take pics of some of the cars getting wrapped like the purple lambo :). -
