  My experience at LPS has been the best experience I’ve had at any gym and sports training facility. I’ve never had quicker results and improvements in my life. One thing that really stands out to me is how attentive all coaches are to every detail. I don’t know how they manage to be attentive to such a large group of quality athletes but they do. With hard work, practice, and coach’s dedication, flaws in my lift get fixed quickly.

  I have been training at LPS for several years. Excellent atmosphere and attentive coaches. Train here if you want to make winning a priority!

  Caring and professional staff. Keeps you motivated to achieve your goals for being healthier and stronger. I've tried a lot of different gyms, but if you want a professional athlete's workout experience, this is the one you gotta go to.

  You will never find a gym like this.
  Its personable, the best coaching ever, competitive and yet the camaraderie is brilliant! If you want to achieve better strength this is where you will get results. amateur or semi professional or professional athletes should go to LPS.
