  Walked in without an appointment and they took me in regardless. Had to wait for maybe 12 minutes.
  All and all, I received great service and the staff were very nice.

  I went to this lifelab today for myself, my mom and mother in law. Booked appointment for the three of us. Waited only for about 5 minutes and started calling each one of us. Receptionist and the staff are very friendly an professional. Much better experience with this lab. I highly recommend this place due to the friendliness of the staffs and their efficiency.

  This Lifelabs has excellent staff. It is a smaller location, located in the basement and it is a bustling medical arts building. As such, I don't recommend just dropping by to get your blood work done, without a book, as there can be a fair amount of a wait at times. Lifelabs does offer the ability to book an appointment at this location. I've done that several times and have been in and out often before my actual appointment time. The staff ensure that those who make appointments get in an out quickly. I definitely recommend making an appointment. Lifelabs also allows you to check our labs online, about 24 hours after you have your draw. This is extremely helpful. But for the occasional long line for drop in patients, they would get a 5.

  As far as labs go it’s fantastic, especially compared to other LifeLabs I’ve been to recently. It’s large and organized and the staff is very efficient. The wait it usually under 20 minutes. I’ve recently been to another location and I had to wait for a little under two hours. It made me appreciate this place a lot. Well done!

  I visit this lab every three months and I'm pretty pleased with their service.
  There is ample parking but paid. No doubt it's a small lab and seating is limited but
  wait times are relatively much better than the other locations for sure. On a Saturday morning at 11am it took me 25 mins which was pretty reasonable. There were 2 kids, about 6 and 7 year olds, in line before me and did not hear either one of them crying. They came out pretty happy with their lollipops! The staff was very engaging, pleasant and polite.
  I'll recommend it.
