(January 10, 2019, 8:45 pm)I recently was sourcing out Retirement homes for my parent... I went to 5 - i have to say that from the moment i called the caring and professionalism resonated with me. Once i spoke to the Marketer, Mira, i immediately wanted to tour the building.... in short, the professional, caring and empathetic Mira was able to understand my plight... the staff smiled and welcomed me every where i went... In our closing conversation i noticed from Mira to the concierge to the maintenance guy well they ALL knew every single residents name... You feel warmth and at home in their beautiful lobby. I will speak with my family and when the time comes i will chose Kensington as the home for my parent. Maybe for me - LOL! A must see if you have not! P.S. a follow up phone call was very welcomed by the marketer and i am sure she will keep in touch!
