We've been going to KENS various frames locations for our framing needs for almost 23 years. Kirk and Rogers creative suggestions are superb and the work is invariably executed to perfection. They are such lovely wonderful REAL people. We would never go anywhere else. You dont know what youre missing. Try them and you'll see! They even have some of the best prices but I would even pay a higher premium because the value and service is just unparalelled. JM

It was great working with you and your other shop off yonge st whom referred me over to you for a special time senstive rush job. Arec is incredible and one of the best in the business I must say! I would not use anywhere else other than the KENS group of stores and the galleria. Now I can see why you guys have been in business since the 70's! I wish you all the best and hope you guys will be around for many more years to come as many frame dealers are dissappearing. Great spot for custom framing! Wonderful people. Seems theyve been in business for 100yrs. They really know there stuff and they make it so easy! Im comfortable just dropping off and leaving everything in there hands because they are just so good and better than your avg joe tiny struggling frame shop. Huge selection of frames. Place "slightly" needs a face lift and modernity and they didnt return my call and my order was slightly delayed but heck times have changed due to covid especially for small business so Im reasonable no huge big deal. Kirk served me..Hes great! Genuine people. They know there worth but more than anything they still know each and every worth of a customer that walks in through the door! I will definately go back for all my custom framing needs! Good framers dont really exist like this one anymore!

I used Kens and there sister company and was blown away how well they framed my printed documents and canvas paintings I brought back from the Caribbean Islands! They have excellent knowledgeable and offer fantastic service. Everything from helping me find the perfect frame, matting and glazing to giving their own suggestions on what looks good to breaking down the pricing so I can understand the cost and optimize my custom frame to fit my budget, they were outstanding! Not to mention their quick turn around time! I wont be going anywhere else from now on. Thanks guys! MJ
