I saw Dr. Katyal five years ago at Albany Medical Clinic as I had sinus issues for years and had many doctors try and prescribe nasal sprays to remedy the problem. Dr. Katyal was very thorough. He sent me to St. Michael's to get a CT scan to confirm I had a blockage. I was then scheduled for a bilateral endoscopic sinus surgery and turbinate reduction at Humber River. It's been five years and I'm so thankful I had this surgery. I had zero issues after and can finally breathe properly and I'm not sick all of the time. Thank you Dr. Katyal!
I have seen many ENT's all with negative experiences. So I was extremely apprehensive about going actually cancelled but ended up going. I couldn't of been more pleasantly surprised! He was awesome!😊 Extremely compassionate and understanding. Very thorough and professional. He addressed all my questions and concerns and put me at ease. I would very confidently recommend seeing him!!
Dr Katyal is a great doctor. He is very strict with his schedule and doesnt do "exceptions" for anyone. He is knowledgeable and answered all the questions (better to prepare the list of questions in advance to save your time and doctor's time). It seems that he is not organized but thats why he has a great receptionist to help ;)
Great receptionist, and she was beyond patient with my screaming very upset little boy lol. Dr Katyal was AMAZING. I had a million & one questions after determining my little one would need ear tube surgery and he calmly, respectfully, and HAPPILY answered every single one of my questions without making me feel rushed. Overall a great doctor and office. Highly recommended!
