Great location. Clean and right on the subway. You don't even have to go outside to get to the subway! Good rates, nice spot! -

(October 19, 2020, 3:08 am)With no reservation and in a frustrated state the staff here are truly amazing and went above and beyond in these tough times to accommodate any and all my needs and keeping very good covid 19 safety procedures. Mikhail Korolko, Iftikhar and Neetigy Chawla took very close attention to my requests, inquiries or issues, their smiles radiate through their face masks with welcoming eyes. Like any business or hotel, there were small minor issues, but the way they were fixed, the resolution skills of all the staff and the fact that everyone has authority to make common sense decisions. Mikhail, has exceptional leadership skills, his patience while training new employees, and even when facing new topics or issues , his demeanour, professionalism and politeness never lacked. Thank you very much Novotel Staff ! Great Hotel for the price, location and the customer service, priceless. One SUGGESTION ... we are in 2020, time for WEP2 / SECURE WIFI CONNECTION FOR guests, when paying 180$ a night, travelling for work, Internet & Wifi Securirty/Speed are more important than the comfort of a bed. Getting a PIA for the unsecured network as a temporary solution would be best for safety of guests and hotel tech. Also thank you so much for having ergonomic chairs with arm rests. This is a reason why my stay extended at your hotel.

(October 1, 2020, 11:39 am)This is a comfortable hotel in a central North York location, on top of the North York subway stop. It is a little old but still a nice place to stay if you're in the area and want a nice place to stay.
