  Benny Romano is a skilled and experienced professional who believes as I do, that great deal is a win:win for both parties. As a Realtor® who negotiates many agents from other Brokerages, working with Benny representing his Buyer Clients who bought my condo apartment listing at 1102-1135 Royal York Rd Edenbridge Toronto (The James Club) was a refreshingly positive experience. Buyers and Sellers can clearly trust Benny to go to bat for them keeping their goals and best interests ahead of everyone else's, including his own. I look forward to our paths crossing again down the road, across the table from him to the benefit of both our Clients.

  We purchased a house with Ms. Lina Fridman as our agent. The deal closed on remote, under very tight deadlines and was very complicated. We sold our house in another province and were looking to purchase to move into our own townhouse in GTA area upon arrival. We're very happy we had Ms. Lina Fridman as our Real Estate Agent, she made the impossible - possible for us. Ms. Lina Fridman is one of the most professional, patient , nice , positive and knowledgeable real estate specialists I’ve ever seen. She provided an amazing customer service . She walked with us thorough very hard situation, without the physical presence. She did 110% and fought for our interests. Thanks to Lina, my family was able to arrive to our own townhouse, my kids didn't spend a day in hotel or rented apartment. Lina supported us and was there for us every step of the way, 24/7. She invested a lot of time looking for a house for us and accompanied the purchase and inspection process. She went beyond any expectations from a Real Estate Agent, Lina was a true representative of our interests. We are very happy with our house. I highly recommend Lina as a professional of the highest caliber , I enjoyed a lot working with her.

  My partner and I purchased a home in the Oak Ridges area of Richmond Hill and were confidently represented by Ms. Fridman during our big purchase.
  
  I find it both appalling and vindictive that someone would take time to write a personal review for someone, attacking their integrity and reputation. Particularly someone who came so highly recommended to us for those very reasons. This review seemingly all because they didn't hear back with the information they wanted.... ?
  
  When we began to explore moving from Toronto to York Region, we didn't know where to start.
  We knew a few others who had recently relocated to Oak Ridges and utilized the services provided by Lina and her team, so we decided to look further into what she could offer us.
  
  We did our own research on Lina and her activity in the Richmond Hill Community- WOW were we surprised!
  It turned out, Lina isn't just 'another real estate agent' in the market.
  She is very highly regarded by her past clients (many of which we spoke directly too), her peers and most importantly the community she was serving.
  In fact, we were amazed to find out Lina continuously supports community events, graduations, sports teams etc. and to us this meant, she wasn't just "in it for the big deals", as this review so inaccurately depicts.
  
  During our transaction Lina and her extensive team, were extremely professional, prompt and concise with their communications and next steps in the process. They took the 'pain' out of buying/selling our home and for that we can't thank Lina enough!
  
  Ms. Fridman in our opinion, exemplifies the qualities and traits one should look for when deciding who should represent them and we'd happily use (or reference) her expert services again!
  
  There is No Agent better qualified or knowledgeable of the Oak Ridges/Lake Wilcox communities than Lina Fridman and her team at We Sell Richmond Hill.
