(January 22, 2021, 1:19 am)I usually don't write reviews but today I need to write. Most of the time we complain about services but dont appreciate good things or talk about it. As we all know, we are going through a pandemic and we are all at standstill. How ever, we need to move on with our lives and I was in a situation I need an appraisal for a separation agreement. I called about 10 different appraisal companies and as I said, I dont want to write about bad here. I called this guys as it popped up on my google search. I regretted that I didn't call them first. Wow. From the time I asked my first question till the end I passed the file to the lawyer.. Every thing was smooth as Silk. :). I am going through some hard times.(what else I can expect on a separation) the way these guys assisted me and stood with me is amazing. Even other side lawyer stayed quite after talking to this guys. I can surely say that.. If you need some one who knows what they do, call these guys. On a side note: I feel better after writing this.. Yahoo.

Later We have listed the property with a realtor and it’s unbelievable that the property sold for Almost same price as appraised. I highly recommend
