it's a nice school, the teachers are nice(they give a lot of homework though). Adler never gives homework but watch out if you get Ms. Dill-Renouf because she gives more homework than you probably would've received in your whole elementary life.

Overall, it's a pretty good place though there are many ways it can improve a lot.

In my opinion, Highland is one of the best middle schools (grade 6- 8) in Toronto. It is a gathering of truly amazing teachers and students. (I especially like the teachers.) Even though it is not the richest school, it is an extremely welcoming school with wide halls and a big cafeteria (no food served here except for breakfast program). The field is also grassy and big. It is located on Don Mills Road and next to Cliffwood Park. (It is also next to a big cemetery) It is the default middle school for Arbor Glen and Cliffwood PS. The overall environment and its facilities are great. There are no elevators and only 3 staircases. It has a double gym, a small but resourceful library and a wood workshop. There is two desktop computer labs and there are also three Chromebook carts. The population in 2017 is around 500 and quite crowdy for a two storey school. It also recently installed solar panels.
