(October 14, 2020, 9:08 pm)Hay Sushi is superb. I’ve tried countless Japanese restaurants across the city to hunt for my favourites, and this definitely makes the list. Fresh, great quality and traditional sushi, with some modern twists. It was the first time I’ve had a nori taco...so delicious (salmon was the best). Also love the packaging of all dishes.

It was not only really new but also amazingly tasty and fresh.
Especially, I shouted "Oh my god!" when I took a bite of the taco because it was really goooood! ?
Someday I'm gonna try all of the menus here.

(September 20, 2020, 2:58 am)No Escolar(oil fish), no Tilapia, no BC tuna! All the other Sushi restaurants in the North York area, SIT DOWN! I'm so glad, they bring quality sushi from downtown core to North York Area. And the Nori Taco and Pasta take this restaurant to another level of Japanese fusion cuisine. The Chicken roll was also impressive with the sauces!!

(September 19, 2020, 11:42 pm)I never thought of having a Taco or a pasta from Japanese restaurant. It was totally new experience and I enjoyed it!! Hay Sushi definitely becomes my go-to take out option and can't wait to dine in to try other menus.

Sushi melted in my mouth.
The details on every pieces were top notch!
My fav was lightly torched sushi.
Highly recommend !!
