(October 25, 2019, 2:46 am)Really ecstatic i have no more hair on arms and bikini line. I had tried laser and gotten more hair!!!! But thank goodness with electrolysis it was permanent. It s a cozy, safe and clean environment and staff is very experienced.

She is patient, empathetic when I felt pain and detail-oriented. This clinic practises good hygiene which is very important for electrolysis.

She is very good at communicating with me for scheduled appointments.

(May 3, 2019, 2:10 am)If there was an option to give more than 5 stars,I would love that!!! Caren is the most amazing and professional person I’ve met. She isn’t doing this as a job,it’s a passion. I remember how I walked into her office the very first time in tears because someone ruined my face. I thought there was absolutely no way to fix it. She didn’t just tell me it’s possible,she made me feel so good about it I will never forget it!
And she made it happen!! She was realistic with the amount of time we need and the amount of work that needs to be done and very very honest! If I had to move to another city I honestly would take her with me,if I can ☺️ it’s been 4 years now that I’ve been seeing her,we’ve been doing more than I thought I ever would and I absolutely love it! I suggest her to every person that ever thinks of getting this done,even if you live on the other side of the city! 💕
