  Safe and clean! Great place for muay thai

  I went for a session of Muay Thai and had an enjoyable experience. The environment was safe, the class wasn't too big, the instructor Jayden was friendly and made the session enjoyable. I had trialed a light exercise class which would be suitable for a beginner and the instructor had time to coach and instruct people learning the techniques. There was a little shadow boxing which is always good without and with opponents, the class was undertaken safely. At this gym boxing is very popular, I noticed some wrestling and cardio works being undertaken in other areas of this large gym. Quite of few ladies were practicing against other ladies which is good to see too.

  Although I am not a member but only a visitor, I am highly impressed with the friendly atmosphere among the instructors. This is indeed a place I would recommend to anyone looking to be taught by a great group of teachers.

  I've been waiting to get some experience before writing a review to get the full picture. Now after 9 months of training at this gym I can say I absolutely recommend this gym to everyone.
  
  Whether a professional boxer, newbie or just someone looking to get into shape, the coaches at grants will accommodate.
  
  Great staff, friendly positive motivating environment that pushes you further than you ever thought you can go.
  
  Lost 30 lbs without dieting and had a blast doing it.

  After not taking MMA classes after almost 10 years, I felt comfortable taking my first class again. Grants has great staff, very professional and obviously skilled. I will be coming back frequently!
