Had an absolutely great experience ordering from this company! Amazing customer service & the quality of the product, also with very affordable prices! I ordered queen size mattress & box spring came for free. I received a confirmation email after placing my order online, and two days after I received a text message with my scheduled delivery date. I was not able to receive delivery that day, so I called them. They communicated really well, and were very accommodating to make sure that delivery time was convenient for me. I told them that my condo building requires an elevator booking for this type of deliveries, so they told me the exact 2-hour delivery window two days before, and I was able to put a booking without any problem.
On the day of delivery they sent me a reminder text message, saying that they would come during the agreed 2-hour delivery window. They arrived right on time, the product was packed in a plastic wrap, is of a really good quality, and looks really nice too. The mattress is very soft, thick and comfortable, nothing damaged. The delivery itself was very smooth too. I even received a feedback from the security team of our condo building, saying how professional, polite, considerate, and nice they were, so the whole delivery process went really well! Would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family!

Bought the best mattress of my life here. I did the quiz on the site first, and when I went into the store to test them out it was right! Very useful tool. Since I bought it my sleep has improved drastically, my body feels better, and I'm much happier overall. Would definitely recommend!
So many reasons for a 5 star review! Right from the beginning of the order to the delivery it was a fantastic experience! I also love that they are a Canadian company that is located right here in Toronto. All of the employees were courteous, helpful and just easy to deal with. Delivery was set for a certain date and the delivery date was met with a friendly text and call. They left both box springs where I requested them to do so. My 2 teenage boys who have older mattresses that are set on EzySleep box spring say that they’re quiet and sturdy. I love the black fabric that is covering it. It looks very sleek and was perfect so I didn’t have to buy a cover to hide any hideous or unwanted design on the fabric. I will 100% buy from them again!

I was a bit skeptical making a big purchase like a mattress and bed set online without actually seeing the product. To my surprise, when I made inquiries using the chatbox, the owner responded almost immediately and I was even able to get on the phone with him! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. After much deliberation, we finally decided on this bed frame, mattress, and box spring. I was astonished when it arrived at the quality of the product and the quality of the service as the owner delivered it himself. All products were made in Canada and supporting local has never been so easy. I highly recommend this place to all!
The mattress was amazing. Not what I was expecting at all buying from an online only website. I bought the Crown Series mattress and I have never slept better. I used to suffer from some back pains from my previous mattress, but this mattress seems to have fixed my problems!
Having the Mattress delivered directly by the owner was a very nice personal touch. Very pleasant and funny guy! I would definitely buy a future mattress from him as well as recommend him to my friends!
