(October 17, 2019, 9:26 pm)Not the cheapest but not the most expensive at all and I recommend paying a few extra bucks for the level of service you get with this company. I think hidden gem in custom home building and to be frank don’t expect their prices to stay the same because they are too good and don’t charge as much as they should - I can say that because we are done our remodeling. They have connections with cheap, high quality trades – impressed with the framers especially – Portuguese guys that were very fast.

(September 18, 2019, 1:37 am)Great experience with these guys! We are currently building our second home with them and are thrilled with their professionalism and the quality of work. For the first project we had Evandale act as our project manager for Construction only and it went very well. This wasn't our first new built but for the first time we were on budget and even ahead of schedule. This time we had them look after the whole thing - their real estate team found us a house in the area we wanted to build in and then the development/ construction team helped us with architecture, design, all city applications and everything else until we got our permits. Now we're half way through construction and it has only been 3 months since they broke ground! Thank you for keeping up the great work!
