(March 6, 2019, 6:14 am)I bought a new computer online that was making alot of noise because of a broken fan from the computer case. I knew what the issue was but I wanted a professional's opinion; if I needed to buy a new fan or if it just needed simple repairs. So I went to another repair store which had good ratings. However, they charged absurd amounts of money just to take a look at your computer, even if you knew the problem. So I went to Electron computer and met Esi who inspected my computer free of charge right then and there. He fixed the broken fan problem by turning it off, and letting me know that the computer had enough fans to not need the broken one. Just like that, he fixed my problem and didn't charge me because it wasn't an issue worth charging someone over. I would have happily paid him for fixing it so fast but he insisted it wasn't necessary. I now trust him with all my future computer related needs.

And the best customer experience! Esi is great! Def recommend if you want a new rig or have computer problems.

(October 16, 2018, 3:31 am)very professional, been there twice for my hard drive. Very responsible for calling back as well. Honest when introducing products, not like he's trying to take advantage for stuff that most people have no knowledge of. value for money service. Strongly recommend. (one drawback, he has no much patience LOL) but overall good service.
