  I had the pleasure of dealing with Nadia at Eddie's in Toronto by telephone and by email in mid-January of this year. Nadia’s enthusiasm to assist me with finding the correct products to suit my particular application was pleasantly evident.
  I enjoyed dealing with Nadia very much so because she maintained an upbeat, pleasant and sincere attitude despite my many, numerous questions. Nadia possesses EXCELLENT Customer Service Skills and Strong Product knowledge. I will continue to recommend Eddie's Hang-Up Display Ltd. and Nadia to my Friends and also to my own Clients, since the items I ordered were needed to fit into a very small Office Coat Closet which I had just built. Thank you very much Nadia. I'm confident that you will keep up your fantastic customer service, and I appreciate knowing that this is what I can expect each time I speak with you at Eddie's!!!   Earlier this week I made an inquiry about a product carried by this company. In my inquiry, I mistyped my email address, yet an actual human caught the mistake and sent me an email welcoming me to their website and thanking me for signing up for an account. This person is Patrick Wills and for every question I had, the response from Patrick was almost immediate. Although I never ended up ordering the item, as the shipping cost was too expensive, I am so impressed with the level of customer service received. Hats off to Patrick!

  If you are looking for excellent service, look no further than Eddie's Hang-Up Display. All of my needs and inquiries were met with prompt response and a genuine willingness to help. A special thanks to Nadia, who went above and beyond to ensure that I was getting the best service and the right product. She is extremely knowledgeable, has a wonderful attitude, and is an absolute joy to talk to. I will certainly keep her and this company in mind for future projects.

  Eddies has the best customer service of any wholesale supplier we have ever contacted .They went above and beyond for us. When we wanted a particular hanger they didn't carry, they sourced them and shipped them directly to us at a very reasonable price. I will always go first to them for any of our store needs. A special thanks to Nadia!
