Discounter's Pool and Spa Warehouse

I was desperately looking for a fitting that "blew off" from my sand filter. I called them on a Sunday, spoke with a lady who was extremely helpful. Went in to the store, didn't look like they had inventory of the part. The lady didn't give up, she went into the back and found the right part in a storage area. They refused to even charge me for it as it was already "written off"!
WOW!! There still are some NICE people in this world!
For any pool or spa supplies, I would never go anywhere else again!!

Placed an order online over a 1 month ago with no information of what was going on with it from Discounter's pool so I placed a pretty bad review, now I've changed to 4 star thanks to Dylan, he briefly after called me and explained how the online orders aren't related to this location but he still got everything sorted out for me. Obviously I cant give a 5 star because of this company's policy of taking your money and not letting you know how long it's going to be until you receive your items. But the costumer service of this location seems to be great

Ordered a new solar blanket for my metal frame pool. The price was way better than the last one I bought locally, and the quality seems good as well. Shipped to Alberta in a week during a pandemic, I was impressed. I would not hesitate to order from here again!

We have purchased an above ground pool from this store and had best experience. Travis was very helpful, went over details, was very informative. Will definitely recommend this place to whoever wants a great and refreshing worry-free upgrade on their backyard!
