This is just regarding the level of service (pre-windows) that Direct Windows has to offer. I am blown away at the level of confidence, genuineness and passion this company has in working with their clients and listening to their needs. Nikou has been more than supportive in answering our questions (on evenings/weekends at that) and providing us with thorough detail. The team is so thorough and dedicated to making customers happy. I admire their honesty and the kindness that comes out so naturally. If I could give this a 10-star rating for customer service alone I would. I looked for almost a year to find a good company that would do both foundation cutting and window install. I worked with Nikou, he was courteous, prompt and friendly. I LOVE my new basement window. It brings peace of mind to use in case of emergency.

We got our basement windows replaced and two new window cutouts in our family room. Nikou was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and prompt in his communication. The actual work was done in few hours with high efficiency and superb quality. They also helped us obtain a permit for the new window cutouts. Whole process was smooth and we now have two amazing windows, giving us plenty of sunshine! Thank you team! :)

Our new basement window looks amazing it brings in so much light. The custom order arrived ahead of schedule and the install completely done in one day. The workers were kind and courteous even though they were battling through the construction in very cold weather. Great Job Love it
