I don’t normally write reviews. But Defcon Paintball Gear’s online store has the best customer service I have ever experienced from any online store. I had ordered a marker and various parts from their online shop. When I had received my order, a few items were incorrect. So, I sent them a message describing the issue. In less than one hour I received a reply to my message and a phone call. I spoke with Garner online and on the phone. He was very friendly, polite, professional, understanding, and concise. He provided me with a quick and simple solution which worked well for both parties. Needless to say, the issue was resolved in less than 24 hours. I felt 100% satisfied with the results. This is a great company that truly cares about their customers. I will definitely be referring any of my friends, family, or colleagues to Defcon Paintball Gear for all of their paintball needs. In my opinion, Defcon Paintball Gear isn’t just the best paintball online store, it is the BEST ONLINE STORE in general.
