(September 14, 2020, 7:26 pm)It took most people there almost 4 hours to get tested today! Not sure why it's taking so long now but probably because many are coming with kids and family in the past few days. So plan accordingly: 4 hours, most of which you can't sit, drink or eat.

(August 8, 2020, 2:44 pm)My overall experience was pretty good. Security guard was helpful and polite, guiding people to where they needed to stand. I waited an hour before getting registered. After that, I was out in 15 min.
Pros - staff were all very polite and kind, not rushed or aggravated.
Cons - extreme lack in patient privacy in terms of health information. The 2 registration desks are not 6 feet apart and clearly the patient information can be easily heard between them. As well, I believe people who have been potentially exposed or symptomatic were being tested right in front. So everyone in line is standing right there, watching, and most importantly, listening.
