  Fatima is a great personal trainer! Her space is quiet and private which makes for a safe environment if you're not comfortable with going to a big gym. Her focus on improving your health and validating the challenges you have and currently are facing in life makes you feel more confident to push yourself more to get to your goal. Both online and one on one, the diet and nutrition goals and that are made just for me is beyond helpful. Professional, positive and powerful, CFMA is definitely worth the price.

  My experience working with Fatima has been empowering and inspirational. I approached Fatima with the intention of improving my nutrition and received a level of personal attention that has made an incredible difference in the quality of my life. Fatima’s holistic approach to nutrition, fitness, and well-being gave me the tools and inspiration I needed to reevaluate my own approach to health so that I could make integral changes that not only felt manageable, but also exciting.
  
  Fatima went above and beyond expectation and provided a detail-oriented, personal training plan that was unique to my needs. She provided both online and in-person feedback that focused on changes that felt natural and nourishing instead of restrictive and depleting. Her method of online instruction, daily logging exercises, and in-person training were catered to meet my unique scheduling and personal needs and ultimately made the process of improvement functional and satisfying. She is perceptive and works from an impressive base of knowledge that is a combination of intuition and experience.
  
  Above all, Fatima is a person of integrity. To make vital changes in my life that required levels of deep introspection, I needed to trust the person I was working with. Fatima provided that foundation of trust, provided gentle reassurance when I needed it, and firm guidance when it was necessary. Most of all, working with Fatima is fun – she not only loves what she does, she’s also very, very good at it.
