  Very interesting store to say the least. I went to buy one thing but came out with three. The owner was gracious enough to let me know that it’s buy one get one 50% off on items in the front. One can find many interesting things here if they have a keen eye. As with everything, do your due diligence.
  
  1) They provide 7 day warranty, but check items in the store if they can be checked easily.
  
  2) Before you buy something you think is new, there is no harm in asking them to open the package and check if it’s actually new or not. They will gladly open it for you.
  
  3) While I disagree with other reviewers that store front is empty(I found very interesting items), if you don’t find a lot of stuff in front, browse their online web page and see if you like anything, everything is kept in store so they can bring it out for you from the back and show it to you.
  
  I found them while looking for second hand items on kijiji and had a very good experience. I would recommend this store, as long as you do your due diligence as mentioned above.

  A fun business run by a pleasant family. You never quite know what you're going to find week to week, but the "hunting" is the fun part and you can find some very good deals here.

  Run by a nice family. My only issue is that on more than one occasion, they have labeled something "new" when, not only has it been used, parts are broken! Who ever is checking their merchandise needs to either look more closely or be retrained.

  Clearance Depot is a great place to find high quality brand name products at a very low price. I was skeptical when came across their ad and thought it is too good to be true. I was surprised to get quick email replies for my questions and was impressed with their courtesy. I drove a long way to pick up the product and was not disappointed. I will make it a point to check with them first when I need a gadget.

  Recommended for gifts, tools and electronics. Awesome shop with a variety of good products. Bought in particular a drill and impact driver set and works amazing. Even checked in while in the shop.
  
  UPDATE - 6 months later still works as brand new. Bought as an open box item but it was fully sealed inside and packages unopened. Highly recommended shop for anyone.
