Product service on after sales is also 6 star, next day or same day service has always been given when possible.
Products have great quality compared to the rest of the vendors we have used in the past that’s why now we only use CITY STAIRS when it comes to making sure we get best in quality and service. -

Their craftsmanship and quality is by far the best we definitely will be using City stairs again!

The removal and installation teams that worked in our home were very professional, did excellent work and even went beyond expectations when cleaning up. City Stairs met all of the timelines they promised, with specific thanks to Mark, who expertly managed the project from start to finish - his approach to customer service was fantastic.
