Service team is always very helpful, kind, quick, with answer to literally the dozens of questions I have about the car. My girlfriend and I have taken chevs to Cadillacs here, always solid work. Wait room is great. I came for a 9am oil change/windshield inspection and they ended up giving me breakfast and washing the car too. Fantastic stuff.

City’s service manager and my assigned service advisor happily provided generous amounts of their time to address all my questions and concerns. They were unfailingly courteous, responsive, and helpful.
I had a large amount of work to be done, and it was performed timely, and completed correctly and fully. The car drives, sounds, and feels like new again.
City’s support staff were all cheerful, friendly, and helpful. While there I took advantage of their in-house coffee and breakfast/snack bar. Quite nice.
Even though I live quite far from City, they made sure I was transported home when they kept my car to work on it.
They returned the car clean (it wasn’t so pretty when it went in), and the engine compartment looks fabulous.
All in all, first class job. I am well pleased.
