(July 20, 2021, 4:30 pm)Read a lot of negative reviews about them, but my personal experience has been great. I do wish my appliances came sooner, but due to COVID and an appliance shortage it's beyond their control. The delivery guys they have are good and careful with everything. I had to get a replacement unit, which was defective and it was dealt with in a timely manner, so I'm happy for that. All in all, their prices are good and the services from their sales to delivery side are good, so what more can I really ask for.

(September 29, 2020, 5:22 pm)The entire shopping experience was excellent from start to finish. The sales professional I dealt with was Mike Cole. He was knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. I wanted a basic white stove with the self cleaning feature. Mike understood my needs and he asked questions to better help me find a suitable product that would arrive at my home in a reasonable amount of time. He assisted me with looking at products online. I usually do not buy online or by phone when purchasing appliances but the stove is exactly what I wanted.
The delivery team was also excellent.
They were in and out in less then 10 minutes.
They really do know their stuff and they were careful with the product and my home.
A great shopping experience and I would highly recommend the Canadian Appliance Source Company.

(July 14, 2020, 10:14 pm)Amazing experience with CAS. David D. Was spectacular in helping us with 2 major purchase - one for our rental property and one for our home. He helped us navigate when the washer and dryer didn’t fit in the rental space and then found very possible way to help advise in the purchase of our new induction range and oven. Kudos also to their delivery service. Reasonable price and fabulous service!
