  Had a great experience buying a vehicle. Both gentlemen were very honest and helpful, they didn't pressure us at all. They were up front about each vehicle we inquired about and they did everything they said they were going to do.

  I have bought several cars from this dealership and I am extremely impressed with their customer service everyone is very kind, welcoming and cooperative. The vehicles are in excellent condition and if I had any concerns they had no problem addressing them. They are very honest about the car history so there are no surprises. Definitely one of the best dealerships I've ever been to and had the pleasure of working with. I have recommended them to everyone I know and will continue to recommend them to anyone interested in perching a vehicle.

  Excellent customer service. Everyone was really friendly. I was happy with the service I got from them. They answered all my questions about the car and other services they offer with no pressure approach, they provided me with the right vehicle to meet my needs and give me time to decide. I would definitely recommend them

  By far one of the friendliest places I've ever shopped for a vehicle. No pressure to buy, very knowledgeable and more than willing to help us find the vehicle we really wanted instead of pushing us to buy something that they already had on the lot. Great customer service with no pressure. Would definitely recommend Bound Auto to my friends and also deal with them again on my next personal purchase.
