  Clean facility, service was excellent. Way better than McDonalds

  Ok, so the boyfriend and I stopped into Big Smoke Burger to check it out. The first thing we noticed is that they have a paging system, like Woody’s. I remember wondering if both restaurants had the same owner. Also, the prices were similar; which I still think are a little on the high side, not unreasonable, but high. However, the decor is comfortable and inviting. The staff was friendly and happy to answer all of my questions as I tried to decide what I wanted. All of that being said, the food was good. We ordered 2 combos with beer. I had the BLUE and it was rather tasty. He had the BEAST and he said that enjoyed it.
  
  I did have a problem though. While I can understand that this is a family establishment, I don’t think that having kids running all over the place, playing with the fountain drink dispenser, or bobbing all over the bench seats was cool. It was actually REALLY annoying and that affected my “dining” experience. I’m not sure what the staff could have done, other than request that this one woman kept control of her 3 children... Perhaps I will go back and change this review, but because I never got to enjoy my food in peace, and the prices are a tad high. As for now?... 3/5.

  This location is great, spacious and clean. However, it is pretty expensive. My first time buying here. Too expensive for me.
