(July 4, 2020, 8:59 pm)UPDATE (07/04/2020): Visited again to purchase a few accessories. Friendly on-floor staff helped me with a wig and cashier gave me complimentary hair care samples. Great customer service!
ORIGINAL (June 2020): Good experience shopping at this location for the first time. The store was bright and well-stocked. No representatives available in the wig/weave section but spoke with an employee who helped with other merchandise. Checkout staff - friendly and positive.
A bit of a different experience from their Parkway Mall location (much friendlier) but this location will do in a pinch.
