  I don't know why ppl have so much hate for this clinic? I've always been polite and they have been polite back.
  
  Staff even open doors early to start the registration list and processing folks so they can see as many people as possible when the doctors get in. They have to cut off the wait list early because of the time, accommodating the appointments go past the closing time. They are human too and have families to go to also, after taking care of yours.
  
  Yes, it is packed, therefore there will be a long wait time. I've never had issues with them giving me a best guess for timing (you can't hold them to it, they can only make an educated guess bc every ailment and patient is different) and I go home and come back half hour before my slot.
  
  I will concede that each doctor ranges on the scale of caliber. Also consider different personality types and bed side manner. None have been bad to me.
  
  Only one bad experience, where one tried to force me to go to their specialist when I had another I went to in the past who knew my history.
  
  I also had the best experience at any walk in ever here too. My prior original family dr at another clinic, I avoided like the plague bc he ignored my concerns and I later needed surgery after begging for second opinions. The walk in clinic Dr here noticed I had many visits and wasn't seeing my family Dr. She took the liberty of thoroughly going through my records from the first page, told me I should do complete blood work bc I had not had proper diagnostics in a long time (she did the paperwork for me to get it) went through health concerns that usually occur at my age, as well as vitamins I should consider. I almost cried bc I had not had a Dr ever that cared about my health. I wish she was accepting new patients but she was full. I have since found a good family Dr to switch to, which she also advised me to do. She also looked at the original reason for my visit. It meant a lot to me.

  All these negative reviews fail to take into consideration that every single walk in clinic has a closing time and a time they stop accepting walk ins, simply due to the wait times. For those complaining about the volume of people, you can’t blame that on the office as they are one of the few walk in clinics in the area. Yes, the wait times are long, but then again look how many people are there. They only have a limited number of doctors, and even leased the office across the hall for expansion. The building isn’t structurally built to handle a large volume of people yet somehow it’s a Clinic’s fault that they offer a great walk in service with knowledgeable Doctor’s in a facility that is better accommodates for a smaller clinic. But we have enough of those small clinics with weird operating times. Not to mention that not many clinics are open on Sundays. And yes, it would be great if the doctor could spend more time with patients. That’s the only reason I’ve opted for a 4 star rating. However, that again is explained by the volume of people that attend the clinic. I don’t work here, simply been going to this walk in clinic for a multitude of years.
