Enjoyed working with him, good with follow up and very helpful with scheduling our installation. Which I might ad was exactly as promised, 4 weeks to the day. Installation is fantastic. We would highly recommend AVA Shutters and Mark!!

He answered all of our questions, stayed in contact with us updating us with all pertinent information and ensured we received our order in a timely manner. The installers were also very friendly, neat, and efficient and the quality of the products are excellent. We are very happy with our new Shutters and blinds! We highly recommend this company for your window treatment needs!

(March 3, 2021, 12:38 pm)I’m the type of consumer who takes at least two months researching, comparing and weighing my options before I can come up with what I believe is a sound decision before I purchase a big ticket item and I must say that Ava Window Fashion, and Mark, earned every penny of my money!
Mark was very easy to talk to and I felt so relaxed while conversing with him, making me feel at ease in this big decision I was about to make. I never felt a slight pressure from this professional, he was just all ears at what I wanted! He will also guide you and give you a suggestion or two and I very much appreciate him for that!
I have 12 large windows and 4 smaller ones in my house and they all look great with the 3.5 inch louvre. The Plantation shutters look amazing, the PVC material looks like a million dollar, the quality of workmanship in the assembly is superb and the installation was more than excellent!
AVA Window Fashion, and Mark, will surely transform your home into a sparkling jewel!
