He was always available (even in off hours) for any questions and made sure everything was delivered to me on time and as expected. He also helped me pick the right leasing plan which suited my needs. Highly recommend!

We were greeted by Jessica,who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and she showed us around and guided us to new Q5
I must say that this was my best car shopping experience.Jessica was very informative and she was answering very questions of ours patiently.
Nowadays,it commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But,salesman like Jessica delivers an in credible service and gives a very pleasant experience. -

At the end of the day, it was the class, kindness and respect I received from Audi Midtown Toronto that led me to my final decision. My salesperson was Phil Gordon and he worked hard and earned my business. He was on top of everything and throughout the entire process was honest and transparent, which is extremely respectful and appreciated when making a purchase of this size. Nadine and Larry worked with from the finance department and they were personable and made you feel like you weren't just "some customer".
I'd 100% recommend my friends and colleagues to Phil, Nadine, Larry and this dealership.
Thanks again for making this transaction seamless.
