  Four weeks ago, I walked into 801 York Mills with major shoulder pain which made it difficult to raise my arm above my head, or hold it at certain positions. I thought that I would have to live with the pain- well, until I met Eldon (physical therapist) who assessed my issues, asked me questions, and really listened to me. After the assessment he told me that within 3 weeks of physio my range of motion will return. I thought it impossible, but after working with Eldon for 3 weeks in combination of assigned home exercises, I now have major improvements in my shoulder with little pain . Eldon was tentative, considerate, professional and truly invested in my recovery. I had a positive experience working with Eldon and would highly recommend him.

  This clinic is by far my most favorite. As an athlete - I have never experienced such passion to educating their clients as opposed to just providing treatment and taking my money. Omar, the individual who has been treating me at this clinic, has shown nothing short of commitment to achieving improvement in my rehab while sharing his knowledge beyond the scope of just the treatment. HIGHLY Recommended!

  After reading the many reviews of various sport medicine centers in my area I had settled on going with Athlete's Care for my physiotherapy needs to rehabbing my shoulder. I was not disappointed with the treatment/attention that was provide (by Kate) and the friendliness of the staff. Within a couple of weeks, I was already seeing the difference and (as of the time of writing this review) am hopeful that Kate will have me back to full strength soon.

  I was recommended to go to one of their clinics by a colleague who also visited in the past. I booked an appointment with Dr. Jin and after the appointment she had referred me over to Omar. I have never done physio before and did not know what to expect. The first appointment with Omar went very well: he was very patient, listened, and explained what was happening with my shoulder and neck and recommended exercises to help. Omar is very passionate about helping you recover and will always work with you on your terms. I highly recommend him. The staff at this location is also super friendly.

  I had severely sprained my ankle and had gotten many recommendations about seeing different physiotherapists. I had my first session with Omar and it was amazing. He was very friendly, professional and listened to all the goals I had set for my rehabbing process. Not only did he take his time with me, he gave me exercises to do by myself after our session was over. The staff at this location is amazing and I would highly recommend anyone coming off an injury to pay Omar a visit.

  After a painful knee injury, I came to this clinic for physiotherapy based on Google reviews. I went with Omar for the treatment and am I ever glad that I did! I couldn’t perform a basic squat with ease and had trouble performing basic tasks such as climbing stairs or sitting for long periods. Just after four sessions, my knees are back to normal. Omar provided exercises to perform at home that really helped to strengthen the muscles. Omar’s professionalism and great work ethic truly make him most deserving of the highest recognition! I would recommend Omar to anyone without hesitation. Overall, a great clinic and very friendly staff.
