The staff in general have been great and I especially want to mention Danny and the warehouse staff for their great customer service. Danny picks up the phone when you call and is there to help. Items are delivered on time and any time I have gone to the warehouse to pick something up they have been more than accommodating, friendly, and do a great job.

The delivery was very quick. We got it same day within a few hours. The delivery guys were professional and courteous. I would recommend ARD to anyone.

Donna helped me with fabric colours to ensure that the furniture we ordered was exactly what we wanted. She has also been very responsive with all of my emails - always very quick to get back to me on any questions I have had. The furniture was made and delivered in time and is perfect. I will say that the delivery men were also the politest I’ve ever met. The whole experience was lovely and we love our new furniture so much. Thank you Donna and the whole ARD team!

Danny was great on scheduling delivery at my convenience. Everything arrived in perfect condition including sectional seating, chaises and umbrella. Complete set up was provided by delivery company.
Everyone I dealt with was professional and responded promptly either by phone or e-mail.

Marcy and Princess were VERY helpful. Marcy advised on models and colors and walked us through. Delivery was spot-on. On time, and efficient assembly of the table. Highly recommended!
