(March 5, 2017, 2:33 pm)Had a chance to enjoy a complimentary boot camp session and was pleasantly surprised at how much I could do. These boot camps always seem to look so difficult but our instructors were there to help show us the right way to use the equipment and provide alternative exercises to suit our needs. I left feeling like I had a full body workout that left me sore in all the right places. Thank you, AK!
