(March 10, 2021, 11:55 pm)I have lived in 15 Canyon Ave for the last 3 years and it has overall been a great experience... not to say there haven't been a few annoying instances. To start, the units are big. I had a one bedroom with 850+sqft and my bedroom was bigger then most of my friends' living rooms who lived downtown. I am facing east over the ravine and got the sunrise every morning. My balcony was big and I had a big kitchen as well! Every interaction with Laurie and Steven from property management was great they are super friendly and try to help to the best of their ability. There is no A/C and no in suite W/D, but aside from that, it is a great spot to live. I was able to save up while living here and am only leaving because I was able to purchase a home with my wife. I will always look back at 15 Canyon as a great place to live!
